Affiliate Program Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a fast-growing peptide company seeking a driven, articulate, and creative Affiliate Program Manager to lead and grow our affiliate network. This is a high-impact, relationship-facing role that sits at the intersection of communication, strategy, and brand partnership. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our affiliate partners, own the day-to-day operations of the program, and collaborate directly with ownership to scale results.
This role rewards initiative. You will have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, test new approaches, and help shape the affiliate channel into a major growth engine for the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Affiliate Relations & Communication
• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for all affiliate partners
• Host regular Zoom calls with affiliates to onboard, support, review performance, and share updates
• Respond promptly to affiliate inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong ongoing relationships
• Provide affiliates with the tools, creative assets, and guidance they need to succeed
Program Management & Strategy
• Oversee and manage the full affiliate program including tracking, links, payouts, and reporting
• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with our brand and target audience
• Monitor program performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion and growth
• Escalate key decisions, performance concerns, and strategic opportunities to ownership with clear context and recommendations
Creative & Growth Initiatives
• Bring original ideas to develop affiliate campaigns, promotions, and incentive structures
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content, landing pages, and materials to support affiliate success
• Explore new partnership opportunities and affiliate channels to expand program reach
• Test and iterate on program structures, commission tiers, and bonus incentives to maximize performance
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with minimal accent — you will be the voice of the brand on regular Zoom calls with partners
• Prior experience managing affiliate programs, influencer partnerships, or similar performance-based marketing channels
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships remotely
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple affiliate relationships simultaneously
• Creative problem-solver who takes ownership and is not afraid to try new things
• Comfortable using affiliate platforms, CRMs, tracking dashboards, and standard communication tools
• Background or genuine interest in the health, wellness, or peptide/supplement industry is a strong plus
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We believe in rewarding performance. Compensation for this role is flexible and negotiable based on experience, and is structured to reflect the direct impact you have on the success of the affiliate program.
Component Details
Base Rate Negotiable — discussed during the interview process based on experience and availability
Performance Bonus Bonus pay tied to overall affiliate program performance (revenue growth, new partner acquisitions, retention)
Creative Bonus Additional incentives available for affiliate campaigns or initiatives that exceed benchmarks
Schedule Flexible hours; must be available for scheduled Zoom calls with affiliates and ownership
