Position Summary
The Neurodiagnostic Administrative & Business Development Specialist will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, assisting with marketing and website development, communicating with clients and healthcare providers, and helping generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience with marketing and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately

Manage email correspondence and client communication

Send and receive documents via fax and electronic systems

Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff

Maintain accurate records and organize documentation

Provide general administrative support to the operations team

Marketing & Business Development

Assist with marketing efforts to promote neurodiagnostic services

Help identify and develop new business opportunities with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers

Maintain and update company website content

Assist with online presence, including digital marketing and social media

Develop outreach strategies to attract new clients and referral partners

Customer & Client Relations

Communicate professionally with physicians, clinics, and patients

Provide information about company services and scheduling

Maintain strong relationships with referring providers and partners

Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service

Website & Technology Support

Assist with website design, updates, and content management

Help maintain online marketing platforms and digital tools

Support basic technology and office systems as needed

Qualifications

Excellent English speaking and writing skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience with marketing, outreach, or business development

Basic knowledge of website management or design (WordPress or similar platforms preferred)

Ability to multitask and manage administrative duties efficiently

Experience working in a healthcare or medical office environment is a plus

Proficiency with computers, email systems, and office software
