Cold caller for Digital Agency needed ASAP

We’re a growing digital agency that helps home remodeling companies generate consistent, high-quality leads through paid ads and automated sales funnels.

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly cold caller to reach out to remodeling companies and book qualified appointments for the founder.

This is NOT calling homeowners.
This is B2B outreach to remodeling business owners.

What You’ll Be Doing:

> Making at lleast 200 outbound calls per day (approx. 2.5 hours of focused dialing)
> Using our power dialer in Go High Level
> Following a proven script (while sounding natural and confident)
> Booking qualified appointments on the founder’s calendar
> Logging call outcomes accurately.

Schedule:

> Must be available between 9am–6pm Eastern Time
> Daily calling required (Monday–Friday)
> Must be consistent and dependable

Compensation:

Weekly pay
Performance-based structure
5% commission on every deal closed from your booked appointments
(Typical commission per closed deal: $65–$240)
Paid training (approximately 1–2 hours)
Potential for long-term role as we scale
