About the Role:
We are a growing work-from-home call center seeking reliable and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is a full-time remote position supporting various customer service projects. The specific project assignment will be determined after hiring based on experience and performance.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude when dealing with customers.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and issue resolution
Maintain a professional and friendly tone with customers
Follow company scripts and procedures when handling calls
Accurately document interactions in company systems
Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure quality service

Requirements

Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online systems and tools
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently from home

Technical Requirements

Minimum Intel i5 processor or equivalent
Stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
Quality USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
Quiet workspace free from background noise
Backup internet is a plus

Schedule

Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Schedule may vary depending on the assigned project
