Social Media Assistant – TikTok Video Editing & Posting

We are looking for a reliable Social Media Virtual Assistant to edit short-form TikTok videos and manage daily posting across multiple TikTok accounts.

This is a long-term position for someone who can follow instructions carefully, work consistently, and handle a structured posting schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Edit 15–30 second TikTok videos using CapCut
• Add captions, text overlays, and simple edits following provided templates
• Post videos daily across multiple TikTok accounts
• Follow a structured posting schedule
• Use captions, hashtags, and titles exactly as provided
• Track posts and uploads in a simple spreadsheet
• Follow content templates and instructions precisely

Requirements:

• Fluent in written English
• Strong and stable WiFi connection (must provide speed test screenshot)
• Must own a separate iPhone dedicated to work (not personal device)
• Must be able to edit short-form videos using CapCut
• Must follow instructions precisely
• Must be consistent and able to follow daily routines
• Must be comfortable posting content on multiple TikTok accounts

Preferred but not required:

• Experience editing TikTok or short-form content
• Basic understanding of TikTok trends and engagement
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts

If you have less experience but are highly motivated, we are willing to train you at a lower starting salary until fully trained.
