GoHighLevel + Wholesale Real Estate VA — Short-Term Project (40 hours)
I run a virtual wholesale real estate business in Louisville, KY and need an experienced GHL implementation VA to build my full backend system from scratch or, if they can find the right Snapshot that would cut a huge amount of time off the task! Would love a good website template funnel to be found that matches my needs, this too would save you some time. This is a focused 1 week max task challenge.
This is not a general VA role. I need someone who has specifically built GHL for real estate investors or wholesalers — not agents.
What you'll build:

GHL sub-account: pipelines, stages, custom fields, tags, calendars, forms, automations (motivated seller ? contract ? buyer flow)
Seller website/funnel ("We Buy Houses Fast for Cash in Louisville") with working intake forms
PSA, assignment, and double-close contracts uploaded and configured with e-sign fields
Cash buyer list for Louisville imported into GHL with buy box tags
Power dialer integrated with GHL (built-in or external)
SMS/email follow-up sequences for new leads, appointments, and post-offer follow-up
SOPs + short Loom walkthroughs so I can run the system myself (MUST HAVE LOOM OR EQUIVALENT TO PROVE YOU KNOW THE GO HIGH LEVEL BACKEND!)

I have a detailed day-by-day implementation blueprint ready to share with shortlisted candidates.
Requirements:

Proven GHL experience: snapshots, pipelines, automations, funnels, documents/e-sign
Past work with real estate investors or wholesalers (acquisitions/dispo — not just agents)
Comfortable with Zapier and dialer integrations
Strong English, proactive communication
