Senior Direct-Response Copywriter (Cold Email & B2B Lead Gen)

We’re looking for a high-level direct-response copywriter who understands B2B lead generation, cold email, and conversion psychology.
Our agency helps pressure washing companies land commercial contracts (HOAs, property managers, retail centers, office buildings). We need a copywriter who can write short, punchy, highly personalized cold emails that get replies and booked calls.

This is not blog writing. We’re looking for someone who understands offers, ICP targeting, and response-driven copy.

Responsibilities
Write cold email campaigns for B2B outreach
Create short-form copy (10–20 sec read time)
Write A/B test variations for offers and messaging
Develop high-converting hooks and CTAs
Personalize messaging for commercial property managers and facility managers
Help refine offers that generate replies
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience with direct response copywriting
Experience writing cold email campaigns
Understanding of B2B lead generation
Ability to write clear, concise, high-impact copy
Strong understanding of A/B testing and optimization
Ability to match messaging to a specific ICP
Experience writing for home service businesses
Experience with lead generation agencies
Familiar with sales psychology frameworks
