Video Editor (Real Estate Marketing)

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with strong experience in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate can transform raw footage into engaging long-form and short-form videos that help increase visibility and generate leads.

Responsibilities

-Edit long-form and short-form videos for real estate marketing
-Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips (clip farming)
-Cut and enhance raw footage into polished, professional videos
-Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and branding elements
-Create engaging visual effects and animations using Adobe After Effects
-Optimize videos for platforms such as Reels, TikTok, and YouTube

Requirements

-Proven experience editing videos for real estate marketing
-Strong skills in both long-form and short-form video editing
-Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (Required)
-Ability to create motion graphics and dynamic visual effects
-Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail
-Must provide a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
-Filipino Virtual Assistants only
