Marketing Virtual Assistant (SEO + Social Media)

About Us
We are a premium beauty service company based in Dubai providing at-home salon services across the city. We are looking for a reliable Marketing Virtual Assistant who can help manage our online presence, coordinate SEO tasks, and keep our social media active.

This is a long-term role for someone who is organized, proactive, and understands digital marketing.

Main Responsibilities

1. SEO Coordination
- Coordinate SEO tasks with developers and content writers
- Manage blog publishing on WordPress
- Update SEO content on website pages when needed
- Upload and format SEO articles
- Monitor rankings, keywords, and basic SEO reports
- Ensure internal linking and page optimization are implemented correctly

(You do not need to be a hardcore SEO expert, but you must understand SEO basics.)

2. Social Media Management
- Maintain daily Instagram stories
- Schedule and publish 2–3 posts per week
- Repurpose existing content into reels, carousels, or posts
- Monitor comments and basic engagement
- Coordinate content ideas with the founder

3. Content & Coordination
- Organize content calendar
- Work with AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude) for captions and drafts
- Coordinate small tasks with designers or developers when required

Requirements
- Good English communication
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Experience managing Instagram accounts
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, or scheduling tools
- Organized and proactive

Working Setup
- Remote / Work from home
- Weekly check-in call with the founder
- Daily coordination through WhatsApp
