AI Voice Agent & Automation Specialist (Retell AI + n8n Workflows)

We are looking for a skilled AI Voice Agent & Automation Specialist who has experience building Retell AI voice agents and connecting them to powerful n8n automations and workflows.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating intelligent voice agents that can interact with customers over the phone while triggering automated workflows that streamline communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.
You should have strong experience designing automation systems that connect voice AI with business processes.
Responsibilities:
Build and configure Retell AI voice agents
Develop n8n automations and workflows connected to voice agents
Create workflows that can:
Send call summaries
Book appointments
Reschedule appointments
Send confirmation text messages
Trigger outbound calls
Handle additional automated follow-up processes
Integrate with external tools such as calendars, CRMs, and messaging platforms
Ensure automations run reliably and efficiently
Requirements:
Experience building Retell AI voice agents
Strong experience with n8n automation workflows
Understanding of AI voice systems and telephony workflows
Experience connecting APIs and external services
Ability to design scalable automation systems
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):
Experience building automations in ----------
Experience working with AI chatbots or conversational AI
Experience integrating SMS platforms, CRMs, and scheduling systems
