About the Company

Nicole Greene Interiors is a luxury residential interior design studio based in Tampa, Florida. We specialize in high-end custom homes, large renovations, and luxury vacation rental properties.

Our projects require strong design documentation, organized product specifications, and professional client presentations.

We are looking for a part-time Interior Design Assistant who can support our team with technical design work, product sourcing, and presentation development.

This role is best for someone who enjoys the technical and production side of design and is highly organized.

Key Responsibilities

Design Production
• Create and update AutoCAD interior design drawings
• Build SketchUp 3D models
• Assist with renderings
• Maintain organized drawing files and project folders

Client Presentation Development
• Create and organize PowerPoint design presentations
• Edit images and presentation graphics using Photoshop
• Assemble design boards and visual materials for client presentations

Product Procurement
• Research furniture, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and finish materials
• Create specification sheets with pricing
• Track vendor information and product details
• Assist with sourcing alternative products when needed

Project Organization
• Maintain organized digital project folders
• Assist with finish schedules and product documentation
• Help keep project files structured and updated
