Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Meta Leads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate has strong experience in paid social advertising, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROI
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking tools
Analyze data and generate actionable insights and reports
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and funnels
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality

Qualifications:

Proven experience running Meta Ads for lead generation
Strong understanding of Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and retargeting
Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking systems
Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance metrics
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with funnel building and landing page optimization
Knowledge of Google Analytics and other tracking tools
Background in digital marketing or performance marketing
