A-Player E-commerce Operations / Backend Manager (Shopify Fashion Dropshipping)

About the Role:
We are looking for an elite, highly experienced Backend Operations Manager to take the reins of our fast-growing general fashion dropshipping business.

We are not looking for a basic virtual assistant. We are looking for an "A-Player"—a proactive leader who treats the business as if it were their own. You will be the operational backbone of the company, overseeing everything from A to Z across multiple Shopify stores, organizing the team, and ensuring our backend runs like a well-oiled machine.

What You Will Do:

Total Backend Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Shopify fashion dropshipping stores from start to finish.

Team Leadership: Manage, organize, and train our team of assistants and support staff. You will be their main point of contact and standard-setter.

Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and write clear, scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team to follow.

Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Handle escalations, monitor fulfillment processes, and proactively solve problems before they impact the customer.

Total Operational Control: Manage the daily flow from top to bottom—including daily product quotations, supply chain management, customer service oversight, and store settings. You will monitor employees, deliver regular performance reports, and proactively provide suggestions to constantly improve and grow the business.

Who You Are:

An E-commerce Veteran: You have extensive, hands-on experience specifically in general fashion dropshipping. You know the unique challenges of the apparel niche (sizing, suppliers, quality control, seasonal trends).

A Proven Leader: You have a track record of successfully managing teams and juggling multiple e-commerce stores simultaneously.

Highly Autonomous: You don't wait to be told what to do. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A Systems Thinker: You know how to build structures, organize workflows, and document processes clearly.
