This is not a cold-calling job.

These are inbound leads most who are already raising their hand.

Your job is to connect, qualify, and convert them into booked appointments for our senior closers.

What You'll Be Doing

Engaging inbound leads via chat/phone and turning interest into booked appointments
Asking the right questions to qualify prospects and understand their situation
Following a proven process while bringing your own energy and personality to every conversation
Hitting daily and weekly KPIs with ownership and accountability
Representing a company that actually changes people's lives

Compensation & Details

High Commission No Base (Cash bonuses and high earning incentives)
Smaller Base + Smaller Commission (uncapped earning potential)

Full-time, remote
Engaged leads, inbound leads, no cold emailing or dming

Training and scripts provided, but top performers bring their own edge
