Job Overview
I’m looking for a skilled YouTube video editor to help edit content for a growing real estate YouTube channel.
The channel produces two long-form videos per week, and I’m looking for someone who can also repurpose those videos into multiple short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
My goal is to work with someone long-term who can deliver high-quality edits with a reasonably fast turnaround time.
If you are experienced with YouTube content editing and understand pacing, storytelling, and attention retention, this could be a great fit.
?
Content Schedule
Each week you will be editing:
Long Form Content
• 2 YouTube videos per week
• Upload schedule:
• Wednesday
• Saturday
Short Form Content
• Repurpose the long-form videos into 5–10 short-form clips per week
• Shorts will be used for:
• YouTube Shorts
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
?
Editing Style
The editing style should be:
• Clean and professional
• Engaging pacing that holds viewer attention
• Use of zoom cuts, b-roll, graphics, captions, and transitions when appropriate
• Optimized for YouTube and social media
Experience editing YouTube talking-head style content is a big plus.
