Virtual Assistant – Luxury Automotive Protection Studio

We are a premium automotive protection company specializing in paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and high-end window tint.

We work primarily with luxury vehicles such as Porsche, Tesla, BMW, Mercedes, Corvette, and exotic vehicles.

We are looking for a virtual assistant to manage leads, schedule consultations, and assist with social media.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to Instagram, Facebook, and Google messages
• Pre-qualify potential customers
• Schedule consultations and installations
• Follow up with previous leads
• Post luxury vehicle content on social media
• Request Google reviews from satisfied clients
• Maintain lead tracking spreadsheet

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication
• Professional tone with customers
• Experience with social media preferred
• Must respond quickly to customer inquiries
