SKILLED VA

We are a growing short-term rental and property management business based in Australia. We are looking for a skilled, proactive virtual assistant to help with both business setup and ongoing operations.
This is a flexible, long-term role, paid hourly, and can start remotely from anywhere with reliable internet.

Phase 1: Business Setup Tasks
The VA will help launch and structure our business, including:
CRM setup for leads, owners, and guest communications

Email organization and automation
SOP creation for cleaning, maintenance, reporting, and guest management
Website and landing page creation
Social media setup (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Social media content – create posts for an AI version of me

Facebook ads setup and basic ad campaigns
Google My Business – set up and optimise for first page visibility
Calendar setup – track bills, bookings, tasks
Lead generation processes
Phase 2: Ongoing Operational Support
After setup, the VA will support day-to-day operations:
Social media updates and content posting

Facebook ads management and optimisation
Lead generation and follow-ups
SOP updates and process improvements
Guest management – messaging, booking assistance, claims for damage
Cleaner coordination and support
Ordering and tracking supplies for properties
General admin and online research
Required Skills
Fluent English (written + spoken)
Reliable internet connection
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience with CRM setup and management
Website and landing page creation (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace)
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Facebook Ads setup and basic optimisation
Calendar / scheduling software
Ability to create and document SOPs
Good to Have (Optional but Valuable)
Experience with Guesty or other short-term rental software
Experience in short-term rental or property management business
Knowledge of Google My Business and SEO
