THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant with Managerial and Coordination Experience.

This role includes customer service responsibilities, but also requires operational oversight and leadership support.
Your daily tasks will include:

- Responding to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Completing guest reviews
- Coordinating and overseeing Cleaning & Maintenance teams
- Airbnb listing management and monitoring
- Creating and improving company operations manuals and SOPs
- Tracking tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
- Identifying operational issues and helping implement solutions
- Supporting leadership with day-to-day operational management

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, think ahead, and help manage processes not just follow instructions.

PAY AND HOURS
(These are negotiable)

The starting rate for this role will be between: $700–$800 USD per month
This position is available from: As soon as possible
This is a long-term position

Provisional Schedule (negotiable):

Monday – Friday
09:00 to 17:00 PST (Vancouver, Canada)

You will be available for at least: 30 hours per week

We will pay you weekly

You will receive time off for vacations (TBD)

We offer end-of-year bonuses based on performance

There is opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation over time.
