We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Virtual Assistant to support our finance operations, ensure consistent cash flow, and manage client payment follow-ups efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
Send client invoices within 24 hours of service agreement or activation
Follow up on outstanding invoices weekly and maintain a 95%+ collection rate within 30 days
Work closely with the collections team to resolve overdue payments and client concerns
Update and manage our AR tracker in Google Sheets and JIRA
Send clear, professional reminders and payment confirmation emails to clients
Maintain accurate records of client communications and payment statuses
Ensure a smooth and positive client experience during the invoicing process
Report weekly AR summaries to the leadership team
Identify and flag any recurring payment issues or bottlenecks in our process
Assist in improving our invoicing and collections systems for greater efficiency

This Role Is for You If You Are:
Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Proactive and great at following up without being pushy
Comfortable using Google Sheets, JIRA, and invoicing platforms like QuickBooks.
A strong written communicator with fluent English
Able to work independently and manage your time efficiently
Excited to grow with a fast-paced, evolving agency environment
