Real Estate Go High Level (GHL) Expert Needed – CRM Setup & Automation

We are a high-performing real estate team looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) specialist to help finalize the setup of our CRM and automation infrastructure.

Our system will include a master agency account and agent sub-accounts, and we need help ensuring everything is configured correctly and efficiently.



Scope of Work

Assist with the setup and optimization of our Go High Level system, including:

CRM Structure

Configure master agency account + agent sub-accounts

Set up user permissions, lead ownership, and account structure

Import existing CRM data

Pipelines & Lead Management

Build and structure real estate pipelines (new leads, ISA follow-up, appointments, active clients, under contract, closed, nurture, etc.)

Define stage movement rules and lead statuses

Automations & Workflows

Lead intake automation (SMS/email responses, missed call text-back)

Appointment notifications and ISA ? agent handoffs

Follow-up sequences for new leads and long-term nurture

Agent accountability reminders and tracking

Calendars & Appointment Scheduling

Configure ISA and agent calendars

Set up booking logic and appointment confirmations

Sync Google calendars

Communication Infrastructure

Configure phone numbers, call routing, and voicemail settings

Snapshots & Scalability

Build a master snapshot so the system can easily deploy to new agent sub-accounts

Testing & Optimization

Perform end-to-end testing

Ensure lead routing, automation, and notifications function properly


Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience with Go High Level CRM

Experience building automation workflows

Familiar with real estate team operations or lead routing systems

Comfortable working with agency accounts, snapshots, and sub-accounts


Goal:

Build a clean, scalable GHL infrastructure that supports lead generation, follow-up automation, and agent management for our real estate team.
