Senior Graphic/Print Designer & Operations Assistant (Full-Time / Long-Term)

We are a premium manufacturer of custom sports equipment (containing customization with signage/panels) based in Germany. We are looking for a reliable, long-term tea ---------- mber who is an expert in Adobe Illustrator (or similar software) and also enjoys administrative and social media tasks.

You will be the "creative engine" of our daily operations—handling client designs as a priority and managing our online presence and offers in between.

Your Responsibilities:
* Vector Design (Priority): Create high-end, custom background patterns and illustrations for our product panels based on client logos. (48h Turnaround).
* Production Prep: Prepare print-ready PDFs including technical requirements like spot color cut lines (CutContour) for CNC milling.
* Admin & Sales Support: Prepare mockups of products to be used in quotes and keep our print catalogue up to date (English)
* Social Media: Create post, stories and reels for instagram.

Requirements:
* Adobe Illustrator Mastery: You must be an expert in vector art. No raster/photo-based designs.
* Attention to Detail: Precision is key for our production files (like cutcontours and sizes).
* Reliability: You can guarantee a 48h turnaround for design requests.
* Communication: Fluent in English. Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT/DeepL) to assist with German tasks.
* Proactive Mindset: You enjoy a mix of creative and organized admin work.

What we offer:
