Cleanli is a growing residential and apartment-building cleaning service focused on delivering reliable, high-quality recurring cleaning for small to mid-size buildings. We are seeking a skilled freelance website designer to build a clean, modern, and conversion-focused website that will help attract property managers, landlords, and residential clients.

This website will serve as the primary online presence for our business and must clearly communicate our services, build trust with potential customers, and generate booking inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Design and build a professional website for a cleaning services company

Create a modern, mobile-friendly, and easy-to-navigate layout

Develop service pages that clearly explain offerings (apartment cleaning, building common areas, move-out cleaning, etc.)

Integrate contact forms and quote request functionality

Optimize website structure for local SEO

Include trust-building elements such as testimonials, service guarantees, and clear service descriptions

Provide basic training on how to update the website after launch

Preferred Skills:

Experience designing websites for service businesses (cleaning, home services, etc.)

Strong UX/UI design with a focus on lead generation

Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or Webflow

Basic understanding of SEO best practices

Ability to deliver a fast-loading, mobile-optimized site

4–6 pages total (Home, Services, About, Service Areas, Contact, Booking/Quote page)
