We are looking for an experienced Lead Manager with a background in real estate wholesale investing to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact and follow up with active leads
• Perform cold calling to generate and qualify leads
• Warm up prospects and build rapport
• Schedule property/house appointments for the acquisitions team
• Conduct warm transfers when needed

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Lead Manager in real estate wholesaling is required
• Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Comfortable speaking with prospects and handling objections
