Real Estate Research Assistant – Commercial Property

We are a boutique commercial property advisory firm in Australia seeking a research assistant to support property analysis and proposal preparation.

Seeking 2 days per week. 4 hours per day can be offered. 8 hours per week total. This will increase as the agency expands.

Tasks would include:
•comparable sales or leasing research
•demographic data gathering
•proposal formatting
•spreadsheet analysis
•other roles may be required from time to time
