Sales Admin Car Detailing Industry

We are looking for a Sales Admin to handle customer enquiries and convert leads into bookings for our car detailing services.

If you are responsive, good with people, and confident in closing sales through chat, this role is for you.

Job Scope
• Reply to customer enquiries on WhatsApp
• Provide advice and recommendations on car detailing services
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional tone with customers

Working Hours
• Monday – Thursday: 7:00PM – 11:00PM
• Friday: 8:30AM – 6:30PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 7:00PM – 11:00PM

Requirements
• Fluent in English (written)
• Fast response time when replying to leads
• Good communication skills with a natural human touch
• Able to handle customer questions and recommend suitable services
• Basic sales mindset (training will be provided)

Training Provided
You will be trained on our services, how to respond to enquiries, and how to close leads effectively.
