We already use automation extensively. Now we’re scaling fast—and we need someone who can **build, optimise, and expand our automation systems using AI.**

## The Role

We are hiring an **AI Automation Engineer** to join the team full-time.

Your core job is simple:

**Build automations. Improve systems. Implement AI. Repeat.**

You’ll be responsible for continuously developing new workflows, improving existing ones, and integrating the latest AI tools into our operations.

This is not a one-off project—this is an ongoing role for someone who wants to grow with a high-performance team.

## What You’ll Be Doing

* Building automation workflows across the business
* Creating multi-step systems using AI + automation tools
* Continuously improving and optimising existing workflows
* Implementing new AI tools, models, and systems as they emerge
* Connecting different platforms, APIs, and data sources
* Supporting internal operations, outreach, reporting, and fulfilment through automation

## Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

You must have **real, hands-on experience** with:

* n8n
* Zapier / Make (Integromat)
* Building end-to-end automation workflows
* Working with APIs, webhooks, and integrations
* Using AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) inside workflows

If you have **not built real automation systems using these tools—do not apply.**

## Nice to Have (Bonus)

* Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRM systems
* Experience building AI agents or advanced AI workflows
* Strong understanding of business operations and how automation fits into them
