TikTok Shop Affiliate Executive

We are a baby and maternity brand with customers based in the USA, Canada and Europe looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Executive who will own and scale the affiliate ecosystem with a strong buyer mindset. This is a project based role focused on the post-shipment stage of creator management. Once a creator has been approved and notified of their product shipment, this person takes over to ensure the process is completed, from product receipt confirmation to contract signing, content creation follow up, and performance tracking.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Follow up with creators to confirm product receipt after shipment
• Send and track contract/collaboration agreements, ensuring creators have signed before content goes live
• Monitor and record whether creators have posted the agreed content (TikTok videos, or have the potential become a VIP creator or a brand ambassador... etc)
• Maintain an updated tracker of each creator's status (received / signed / posted / pending)
• Chase up creators who have not posted within the expected timeframe
• Log content link and note initial performance observations (views, engagement, GMV if applicable)
• Flag any issues (non-responsive creators, missing content, contract disputes) to the team

Requirements
• Detail oriented and highly organised - able to manage a large number of creators simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and communication skills; comfortable sending reminder messages professionally
• Experience with creator/influencer workflows or affiliate management preferred
• Familiar with TikTok creator ecosystem and content expectations
• Comfortable using tracking tools or spreadsheets to maintain creator records
• Experience with tools such as JoinBrands is a plus

Job Details:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Tools: Monitask is used for screen and time tracking.
