Appointment Setter

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our growing credit repair company. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating with people online, responding to inquiries, and helping potential clients schedule consultation calls.

As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be to engage with individuals who are interested in improving their credit and assist them with booking appointments on our calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound messages from potential clients in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate with leads through social media platforms and messaging apps
• Engage with individuals interested in credit repair services
• Answer basic questions about our services
• Schedule consultation calls using our booking calendar
• Maintain organized communication with leads and follow up when necessary
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions

• Strong written and communication skills
• Comfortable messaging and speaking with people on social media
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to respond to leads quickly and professionally
• Basic understanding of sales or customer service is a plus
