We are expanding and seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager to help us grow partnerships, secure new clients, and expand our market presence.
This is a revenue-focused role for someone who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
Role Overview
The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with healthcare organizations, and closing contracts for staffing, consulting, and training services.
This role will drive growth by generating new leads, managing sales pipelines, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
You will work closely with leadership to implement sales strategies that expand our footprint in healthcare and professional development markets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new client relationships with:
Hospitals
Clinics
Healthcare facilities
Long-term care facilities
Home health organizations
Healthcare education programs
Corporate and professional organizations
Generate new business opportunities through:

Sales Pipeline Management
Manage the entire sales cycle including:
Prospecting
Lead qualification
Client presentations
Proposal development
Contract negotiation
Closing deals
Track and manage leads through CRM systems to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients by:
Understanding their staffing or training needs
Presenting tailored solutions
Maintaining consistent communication
Identifying upsell opportunities
Serve as a trusted partner to healthcare organizations.
Strategic Partnerships
Develop partnerships with:
Healthcare administrators
Nursing leadership
HR departments
Training program directors
Healthcare associations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Marketing & Lead Generation Collaboration
Work alongside marketing and operations teams to:
Develop targeted outreach campaigns
Support marketing initiatives
Provide feedback on messaging and market needs
Improve lead conversion strategies
Required Qualifications
Experience in:
Sales
Business development
Healthcare industry (preferred)
Strong ability to:
Prospect new business
Build professional relationships
Communicate value clearly
Negotiate contracts
Close deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Experience
Experience in:
Healthcare staffing sales
Consulting services sales
B2B sales
Training or professional development services
Healthcare industry relationships
Existing healthcare network is a plus.
