Growth Hacker / SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

AWORK Group A/S develops digital platforms such as CitizenOne and AWORK One used by municipalities, organizations, and companies to automate citizen communication and workflows using modern technology and AI.

We are expanding internationally and are looking for a Growth Hacker / SEO Specialist who can help us scale our global reach.

Your mission
Your mission is to grow the global visibility of our platforms through SEO, content marketing, and digital growth strategies.
You will work closely with our leadership and development team to create marketing systems that generate traffic, leads, and product adoption.

Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Marketing
- Research high-value keywords for our products
- Plan and execute SEO strategies
- Create and optimize blog articles and landing pages
- Improve website rankings on Google

Growth & Lead Generation
- Generate inbound leads through content and SEO
- Optimize conversion funnels
- Identify growth opportunities and new channels

Digital Marketing
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Run LinkedIn marketing campaigns
- Improve website traffic and engagement

Analytics
- Track SEO performance and marketing metrics
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO strategies and tools
- Experience with Google Ads or paid advertising
- Experience with keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- Strong English writing skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Experience working remotely with international teams

- Experience with SaaS marketing
- Experience with AI or tech products
