A US-Based Filipino Founder is looking for a Digital Marketing and organic growth strategy and implementation support who can plan or map out a marketing strategy, content creation, and social media growth strategy across all social media platforms.

This role involves both strategy and execution, so if you are comfortable helping develop ideas and also implementing them this will be great for you.

Part-time to full-time.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy, creation, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
Social media management and engagement
Content planning and content creation
Copywriting for social media, marketing content, and campaigns
Digital marketing strategy support
Positioning and branding awareness
LinkedIn profile development and optimization
Growing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts
Editing short form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
Turning simple footage into engaging content through editing
Creating scroll stopping hooks for short form content
Creating and documenting SOPs when systems are developed

Technology and Skills

AI savvy or eager to learn AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
Comfortable using modern CRM systems and digital tools
Tech savvy and able to quickly learn new platforms and software
Highly organized and able to track marketing tasks and campaigns

Bonus Skills

Experience with Wix website design or landing page development
Web design knowledge
Ability to write dramatized reel scripts or storytelling style content for social media

Pay

Starting range $3 to $8 per hour
Opportunity for growth based on performance.
Start part-time to try out but definitely a full-time position is available.
