YouTube Shorts & TikTok Video Editor (CapCut / Premiere Pro)

We are looking for a creative short-form video editor to help turn long-form podcast and YouTube content into engaging YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

The goal is to create high-retention, fast-paced clips that perform well on social media.

This role is ideal for someone who understands viral editing styles, captions, and pacing for short-form platforms.

Software Required

• CapCut (preferred)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (optional but a plus)
• Basic understanding of YouTube Shorts / TikTok formats

Main Responsibilities

• Edit 5–10 short-form videos per week
• Create engaging hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
• Add captions, emojis, and animated text
• Insert B-roll, memes, and reaction cuts when appropriate
• Cut dead space and tighten pacing
• Export videos in vertical format (9:16)

Editing Style

We are looking for editing similar to:

• Alex Hormozi style captions
• Podcast highlight clips
• Fast-paced motivational or educational content

Examples include:

• Large animated captions
• Quick zoom-ins for emphasis
• Sound effects for engagement
• Dynamic jump cuts

Requirements

• Strong English comprehension
• Reliable internet for downloading/uploading files
• Ability to deliver videos consistently each week
• Experience editing short-form content preferred
