YouTube Shorts Video Editor Wanted

We’re looking for a reliable video editor to create up to 7 YouTube Shorts per week (videos up to 1:30 long).

This is ongoing work for someone who understands how to edit engaging short-form content and can consistently deliver high-quality videos.

Requirements:

Experience editing short-form video content (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)

Ability to add captions, sound effects, zooms, and engaging edits suited for short-form content

Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and viewer retention

Ability to edit content across multiple niches

CapCut experience is a plus, but other editing platforms are fine

Reliable communication and ability to meet weekly deadlines

Compensation:

$10–$15 USD per video, depending on experience and quality.

To Apply:

Send a short introduction and 2–3 examples of YouTube Shorts, Reels, or TikTok videos you have personally edited.

For one example, briefly explain what you did in the edit to improve viewer retention (hooks, pacing, captions, cuts, etc.).

Preference will be given to editors who have worked on videos with 100K+ views on Shorts, Reels, or TikTok.

Applicants may also be asked to complete a short paid test edit.
