Creative Strategist (Hands-On Ad Creator) – 7 Figure E-Commerce Brand

We are a 7-figure e-commerce business looking for a hands-on Creative Strategist to help scale our brands through high-volume ad creatives.

You will work directly with the founder and collaborate with our video editor to rapidly test and scale creatives. We move quickly, test aggressively, and scale what works.

Responsibilities:

Research competitors across Meta, TikTok, and Instagram
Identify real customer pain points from reviews, Reddit, and public forum discussions
Develop strong marketing angles and scroll-stopping hooks
Create image ad creatives directly
Produce 20–30 image variations per week per winning product
Write hooks and structure concepts for video ads
Provide clips and direction for the video editor
Quickly iterate and expand winning creatives
Track performance using metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on creator who moves fast from idea to execution
Strong understanding of direct response advertising
Comfortable producing large volumes of creatives
Performance-driven and data-focused

Important:

This is a hands-on production role. You will be actively creating ad creatives daily. We are looking for someone who enjoys building and testing creatives quickly, not someone focused primarily on writing SOPs or managing assistants.

Compensation:

Starting at $7.50 USD/hour (~$1,200/month full-time).

Performance will be reviewed after the first 30 days, with strong opportunity for rapid increases based on results and output.

You will work directly with the founder of a 7-figure e-commerce business, gaining hands-on experience scaling high-performing creatives.
