JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Australian company in the doors and windows industry, working with homeowners, builders, and renovators.

We are looking for a friendly, confident communicator from the Philippines who enjoys speaking with customers and building rapport over the phone.

This is a part-time role (4–5 hours per day) focused mainly on customer follow-up calls and pipeline support.

Your role is to help keep conversations moving forward, answer simple questions, and ensure customers feel supported.

Enjoys friendly conversations with customers

Is organised and reliable

Can manage a simple follow-up pipeline

Responsibilities

Your daily work will include:

• Calling customers who have been sent quotes to confirm they received them
• Answering simple questions and helping clarify next steps
• Booking phone appointments or meetings when required
• Taking notes if customers request changes or need additional information
• Updating our CRM with call outcomes and feedback
• Monitoring a list of quotes to follow up and keep moving forward
• Calling customers after deliveries to check everything went well

Most of the role is relationship-focused phone communication, supported by basic CRM updates and notes.

Working Hours

Part-time: 4–5 hours per day

We are flexible and testing different shifts. Possible schedules include:

• 11:00am – 4:00pm (Australian time)
• 12:00pm – 5:00pm
• 3:00pm – 7:00pm

We will work with the right candidate to find the best schedule.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and clear phone voice
• Confident speaking with Australian customers
• Friendly, positive, and professional communication style

• Good computer skills and ability to update CRM notes
• Organised and able to manage follow-ups
- Motivated self starter

Highly regarded (but not required):

• Customer service or call centre experience
• Experience supporting Australian clients
• Construction, building, or trade industry exposure
• CRM experience

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and building trust, not just completing tasks.

How to Apply

You may be asked to include the following as part of your application:
