We’re looking for professional, detail-oriented team members to handle client intake and scheduling, ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients from first contact to enrollment.

Job Summary

As a Financial Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your role is to:

Conduct high-engagement intake calls with clients

Explain our personal loan and debt settlement options clearly and professionally

Collect client information, including financial details and application forms

Ensure clients complete the 1-page 10% success fee agreement (loans)

Schedule follow-up calls with our loan specialists or debt settlement attorney

Maintain accurate records in our CRM

This is not a high-pressure sales role — your focus is on gathering information, engaging clients professionally, and scheduling next steps.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients

Gather detailed financial and business information accurately

Guide clients through completing forms and agreements

Schedule calls with loan specialists or attorneys

Update and maintain client records in CRM or spreadsheets

Address client questions and concerns professionally

Follow scripts and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

Professional and trustworthy demeanor on calls

Comfortable asking for sensitive information (SSN, DOB, debt info)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to follow scripts and workflows accurately

Experience with CRM systems, scheduling tools, or call platforms is a plus

Previous experience in financial services, loans, or debt relief is preferred but not required
