Plump’d Injectables and Beauty Bar is a growing medical aesthetics practice focused on delivering exceptional skincare, injectables, and laser treatments. We are looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help streamline our systems, automate marketing, and build high-converting funnels using Go High Level (GHL).

Position Overview

The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for setting up and managing our Go High Level CRM, building marketing funnels, and helping automate client communication and follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing, automation, and CRM systems and enjoys creating efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Setup & Management

Set up and organize Go High Level CRM

Build and manage pipelines for leads, consultations, and patient follow-ups

Import and organize contact databases

Set up tags, segmentation, and workflows

Ensure proper tracking of leads and conversions

Funnels & Landing Pages

Build and optimize sales funnels inside Go High Level

Create landing pages for promotions, events, and services

Set up lead capture forms

Connect funnels to booking systems and CRM

Optimize funnels for conversion and user experience

Automations

Create automated SMS, email, and follow-up sequences

Build appointment reminders and review requests

Set up reactivation campaigns for inactive clients

Implement nurture sequences for new leads

Marketing Integration

Connect CRM to social media lead forms

Integrate with website and booking systems

Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal offers

Track funnel performance and lead sources

Reporting & Optimization

Monitor funnel analytics and performance

Provide reports on lead generation and conversions

Suggest improvements to increase bookings and revenue

Preferred Skills

Experience with Go High Level (REQUIRED)

Funnel building and landing page design

CRM automation and workflow creation


Email and SMS marketing

Basic marketing strategy knowledge

Experience with Canva and social media tools

Understanding of medspa or aesthetics industry (a plus)
