Creative Marketing Assistant (Ads, Content & Customer Support)

About the Role

We are a bathroom renovation company based in Scotland and we are hiring a full-time marketing assistant to help us grow. This is not a narrow specialist role. We need someone who takes ownership across advertising, content creation, and customer communication and who is always thinking about how to get us more leads.
You do not need years of experience, but you must be a fast learner, self-motivated, and genuinely interested in helping a business grow. If you do good work, this is a long-term role with bonuses tied to results.

--What You Will Be Doing
Generating and following up leads is the core of this job. That means:

Running and improving our Meta and Google Ads to bring in more enquiries
Creating ad creatives - videos, images, and hooks and constantly testing what works
Posting content on social media that showcases our bathroom projects and builds trust
Contacting new leads quickly and professionally through our CRM
Replying to customer messages and helping book appointments
Editing short videos using CapCut or similar tools
Assisting with website updates and general business support

--What We Are Looking For

Someone who takes initiative and does not need to be chased
Comfortable creating content and communicating with customers in English
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or CRM systems is a bonus but not required

--Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT (UK time)

--Salary
Competitive based on experience, paid monthly. Performance bonuses available based on business results.
