General Description of Duties:
Serve as a primary support resource for point-of-sale (POS) systems, including troubleshooting software issues, processing updates, and coordinating with vendors on escalations.
Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of the company's ERP system, including user access, data entry assistance, and basic configuration changes.
Manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets related to sales operations, ensuring timely responses and thorough documentation of issues and resolutions.
Develop, build, and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, user enrollment, and reporting on completion metrics.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and training teams to identify technology gaps and translate business needs into LMS training materials or system solutions.
Assist with the testing and rollout of system updates and new software across store locations.
Support integrations and data flow between POS, ERP, and other sales platforms, flagging discrepancies and working with vendors or IT leadership to resolve them.
Help onboard new users to sales and operations systems, providing hands-on training and documentation.
Assist with reporting and data pulls from ERP and POS systems to support sales operations and management decision-making.
Requirements:
Experience supporting or working within POS and/or ERP systems in a retail or sales environment
Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar)
Experience creating or administering content within an LMS platform
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open tickets and projects simultaneously
Solid communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Availability of Saturday–Monday is required. Please plan for approximately 4–6 hours per day (starting at 4 hours, with the possibility of increasing to 6). A Windows PC is required.
