GOHIGHLEVEL & LOCAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (GHL / GOOGLE / AUTOMATIONS)
Remote Position

We are looking for someone who knows GoHighLevel inside and out or is already strong with it and wants to become a true expert. This role supports a fast growing marketing company that works with home service businesses like roofing, remodeling, and local contractors. If you love systems, automation, organization, and helping marketing campaigns run smoothly, this will be a great fit.

If you do not speak and understand English very well, are not organized, or do not enjoy problem solving, this role will not be a good fit. Communication and attention to detail are extremely important.

This is not just someone pushing buttons. We are looking for someone who understands how local marketing systems connect together and can help build and manage them inside GoHighLevel.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and build systems inside GoHighLevel

Set up and manage Google Business Profile social posts

Help organize and build customer dashboards and pipelines in GHL

Assist with Google Local Service Ads setup and tracking

Help track Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and lead sources inside the CRM

Help connect and integrate systems like ClickUp, call tracking, and lead sources

Help organize client accounts and automation workflows

Support marketing campaigns and help improve lead tracking accuracy

Assist with automation, pipelines, triggers, and reporting

Help maintain clean and organized CRM systems

Skills We Are Looking For

Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)

Understanding of Google Business Profile and local SEO basics

Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads tracking

Ability to integrate systems like ClickUp, Zapier, or other automation tools

Highly organized and detail oriented

Strong problem solving skills

Good written and spoken English

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Helpful)

Experience with Google Local Service Ads

Experience with call tracking systems

Experience working with home service businesses

Experience building automations and workflows in GoHighLevel

Familiarity with CRM reporting and lead attribution
