Web Designer / Web Developer (Remote – Full Time)

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Web Designer / Web Developer who can design and develop visually stunning, conversion-focused, and high-performing websites for multiple brands within our organization.

Position Summary

The Web Designer / Web Developer will be responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining modern websites that deliver excellent user experiences and fast performance. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency, high conversion rates, and optimal website functionality.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop visually engaging websites using WordPress (Beaver Builder) and Webflow
Build wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma
Ensure all websites load in under 2 seconds on desktop and mobile
Optimize page speed, images, hosting, caching, and code
Create SEO-friendly website structures (metadata, schema markup, headings, URL preservation)
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency
Continuously update, troubleshoot, and maintain website performance
Apply UX, UI, and CRO best practices to improve user engagement and conversions
Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements
Proven experience designing websites using WordPress, Webflow, and Beaver Builder
Strong portfolio of modern, high-performing website designs
Advanced skills in Figma
Expertise in speed optimization (CDN, caching, minification, lazy loading)
Strong understanding of typography, layout, responsive design, and accessibility
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for advanced styling and troubleshooting
Understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
Experience using PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, and WebPageTest
Ability to create subtle animations and interactive elements
