TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant (Brand Collaborations)

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to help manage my TikTok Shop collaborations with brands.

I am an active TikTok Shop affiliate generating over $70k in monthly GMV, and I receive many collaboration invites from brands. I need someone to help review these opportunities, communicate with brands, and organize potential retainers / collaborations.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review daily TikTok Shop collaboration invites
• Respond to brands through TikTok Shop messages with a focus on looking for retainers
• Request product samples when appropriate
• Track brand conversations and deals in a spreadsheet
• Identify high-potential products
• Help organize products for upcoming videos

REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate platform (preferred)
• Experience with influencer outreach or e-commerce
• Good written English
• Organized and reliable

WORKLOAD
Approximately 1–2 hours per day

COMPENSATION
Monthly salary $150 – $300 depending on experience
