We are an Australian-based company looking for a Digital Systems & Operations Integrator to work directly with our General Manager.
This role sits between technology, operations, and leadership support. You will help ensure our internal systems run smoothly, automation workflows operate correctly, and operational processes are followed across the business.
This is not a typical virtual assistant role. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys automation, systems thinking, and solving technical problems, not general administrative work.
If you are comfortable working with digital systems, diagnosing issues, and improving processes, this could be an excellent long-term opportunity.
We are looking for someone who naturally thinks in systems, workflows, and automation, and enjoys improving how businesses operate.
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Automation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within internal applications and systems
• Work with integrations, APIs, and webhooks
• Build and manage automation workflows (n8n preferred)
• Support and maintain Go High Level (GHL) CRM systems
• Work with Base44 and internal applications
• Test new features, automations, and integrations
• Ensure system data is accurate and reliable
Operations & Process
• Help ensure internal processes are followed across the team
• Support hiring workflow and interview coordination
• Ensure onboarding and staff review processes are completed on time
• Maintain and update internal documentation and training systems
• Support the GM by ensuring tasks and processes do not fall through the cracks
System Adoption & Training
• Help tea
• Identify where systems or data entry processes can be improved
• Support the development of our internal onboarding and training application
• Assist with testing, bug fixes, and system improvements
Required Skills & Experience
You must have experience with:
• Go High Level (GHL)
• Automation tools such as n8n or Zapier
• Understanding of API and webhook concepts
• Web-based applications and integrations
• AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
NB: Experience with Base44 or similar internal app platforms is highly beneficial.
You must also:
• Speak and write fluent professional English
• Be organised and structured in your thinking
• Be proactive and able to solve problems independently
• Be comfortable working directly with an Australian GM
If you are not comfortable working with systems, automation, and technical troubleshooting, this role may not be the right fit.
Work Details
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• 8:30am – 5:00pm AEST
• Remote contractor role
• Australian public holidays observed
• 13th month bonus
• 2 weeks unpaid leave per year
We also offer performance incentives, including additional half-day rewards when KPIs are achieved.

You must have:
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Backup internet connection
• Backup power supply or an alternative workspace option (such as a nearby internet café)
• Quiet and professional workspace
