Finance Admin & Invoice Coordinator (Full Time - Remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Pay: $6 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Admin & Invoice Coordinator to support our financial administration processes. This role focuses on verifying invoices, organizing expenses, maintaining accurate records, and preparing bills for approval. You will work closely with leadership to help keep financial tracking clean, accurate, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities
Review and verify invoices for accuracy before approval
Process and log invoices in QuickBooks and internal trackers
Prepare bills and maintain organized payment records
Assist with escrow demand tracking and documentation support
Track recurring expenses and categorize purchases, including Amazon expenses
Match receipts, invoices, and statements
Monitor and log incoming payments (Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, etc.)
Maintain organized financial files and accurate Google Sheets trackers
Flag discrepancies or unusual charges for review

Required Qualifications
Experience in finance admin, bookkeeping support, or invoice coordination
QuickBooks experience required
Strong Google Sheets experience required
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Comfortable handling sensitive financial information

Nice to Have
Real estate industry experience
Experience supporting US-based teams
