Part-Time UI/UX Designer (20 hrs/week)
Remote | B2B SaaS | Berlin-based company
We are a Berlin-based B2B SaaS company running two products in the performance marketing space. We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to join our fully remote team on a permanent part-time basis (20 hours per week).
What you will do
-Design website pages for desktop and mobile (landing pages, product pages, blog layouts)
-Support web application design in Figma using Autolayout and component-based workflows
-Create presentations and sales materials
-Design custom illustrations for marketing and product use
-Collaborate directly with our website developer to ensure designs translate cleanly into code
-Work with our marketing and sales team on campaigns, visuals, and brand materials
What we are looking for
-At least 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
-Strong Figma skills, specifically with Autolayout and design systems
-You can work independently without someone checking in every hour
-You take initiative. When you see something that looks off, you fix it or flag it
-Clear communicator. We are a small remote team, so written communication matters
-Available for at least 2-3 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET) for syncs and collaboration
Nice to have
-Experience designing for B2B SaaS products
-Basic understanding of responsive web design and how developers implement designs
-Video editing skills (potential future task)
-Experience with design handoff tools and developer collaboration
Compensation
$500 - $700 USD per month for 20 hours per week, depending on experience and skill level. You will invoice us as a freelancer. As an independent contractor working with a foreign company, you are responsible for your own tax filing in the Philippines (most freelancers opt for the 8% flat income tax rate). We pay via international bank transfer.
What we offer
-Long-term, stable part-time role (20 hrs/week)
-Fully remote work
Small team where your work has direct impact on the product. Room to grow into more responsibility over time
How to apply
Please share your portfolio or Figma case studies. We want to see real work, not just dribbble shots. Show us a project where you solved an actual design problem, not just made something look pretty.
