Senior Pro Services is a California-based healthcare company providing home care and home health services to elderly and disabled patients in the United States.

We are currently expanding our recruiting operations and are seeking a motivated Remote Recruiter to help us build a strong workforce that supports patient care and operational growth.

This position will play an important role in helping us identify and recruit talented professionals who will support the expansion of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities
• Source candidates for healthcare-related positions in the United States
• Post job listings on recruiting platforms and professional networks
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Conduct initial candidate interviews
• Schedule interviews with company management
• Maintain an organized pipeline of applicants
• Track recruiting activities and provide weekly progress reports
• Assist with building long-term talent pools for future hiring needs

Initial Assignment

Your first assignment will be to help recruit a Remote Healthcare Marketing Specialist who will support our referral development and business growth efforts.

This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare referral sources and helping generate patient referrals for our services.

Typical responsibilities of the Healthcare Marketing Specialist include:
• Connecting with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and social workers
• Developing relationships with referral sources in healthcare facilities
• Introducing our home care and home health services to potential referral partners
• Helping generate patient referrals for our services
• Maintaining communication with referral partners and tracking referral activity

The goal of this role is to expand our referral network and increase patient admissions for our healthcare services.

Once this position is filled, the role will expand to recruiting additional healthcare professionals such as:
• Caregivers (CNA / HHA)
• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)
• Physical Therapists (PT)
• Occupational Therapists (OT)
• Speech Therapists (ST)
• Medical Social Workers

Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Experience with talent sourcing and candidate pipeline development online
• LinkedIn recruiting experience preferred for U.S.-based companies is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and professional work environment

Work Schedule

Part-Time
Approximately 20 hours per week

Flexible schedule, with some availability to coordinate with U.S. business hours when needed.

Compensation

$6 - $10
Performance bonuses may be offered based on successful hires and recruiting outcomes.
