We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to identify and initiate contact with potential commercial clients.

Your primary objective:
Generate qualified walkthrough appointments for our sales team.

This is not a passive admin role. This is a performance-driven outreach role.

Responsibilities
1. Prospect Research & List Building

you will be giving a lead list with phone numbers, company names, and emails. When list is not provided you will then Identify businesses, luxury apartment complexes, property management companies, and commercial buildings via Google and other online directories

Collect:
Business name
Phone number
Website
General email (if available)

Cold Calling & Information Gathering (30-45 seconds only, not selling anything)
Follow provided script when calling
Maintain professional tone and confidence
Capture:
Decision-maker name
Direct email
Best time to follow up
Update call notes in spreadsheet


Email Outreach & Follow-Up

Send professional follow-up emails referencing the person who provided the contact
(Example: “I spoke with Bob earlier and he directed me to you…”)
Introduce our services
Offer a free walkthrough or first clean
Track email status and responses
Follow up if no response (according to sequence provided)

Ideal Candidate
Confident speaking on the phone
Clear English communication skills
Comfortable making 30+ calls per day
Detail-oriented and organized
Experienced with Google Sheets
Prior experience in cold calling or lead generation preferred

Compensation
Base pay (hourly)
Performance bonus per qualified walkthrough booked ( Commission)
