We’re Hiring: Customer Support Specialist (Full-Time | Remote)

Are you a strong communicator who loves helping others and thrives in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing remote team!


About the Role:
You’ll be the first point of contact for our virtual event attendees and customers, with chat and email support. You’ll also help moderate online communities and provide on-the-ground support during virtual events.


What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide support via email, SMS, and chat
Moderate and engage in community platforms (e.g., Facebook Groups)
Support customers during live virtual events
Collaborate with internal teams and track feedback

Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken & written)
Previous experience in customer support or call roles (required)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Stable internet connection & camera-ready for team/client calls
Proficiency with support tools, SMS platforms, and CRMs

Pay:
3USD per hour
Increases based on performance and time with the company
