Position: Assistant Revenue Manager
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full time
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily pricing strategies using tools like **Beyond Pricing** and **PriceLabs**.
- Monitor and adjust rates to maximize occupancy and revenue across multiple vacation rental properties.
- Oversee performance on **OTA platforms** (Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , etc.) and ensure seamless integration with channel management software.
- Analyze market trends, booking patterns, and competitor performance to implement effective revenue strategies.
- Collaborate with property management, marketing, and operations teams to meet revenue goals.
- Generate revenue reports, identify opportunities, and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- **2+ years of experience** in revenue management, vacation rental management, or similar roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with **Beyond Pricing**, **PriceLabs**, and channel management software (e.g., Guesty, Lodgify, Rentals United, or similar).
- Strong understanding of OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make sound revenue decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and general tech-savviness.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with PMS (Property Management Systems).
- Certification or training in revenue management tools or strategies.
