A Real Estate Title Assistant supports title officers and closers by preparing, organizing, and managing documents for real estate transactions, ensuring compliance, and clearing title defects. Key duties include conducting title searches, scheduling closings, communicating with stakeholders (agents, lenders, clients), and processing paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation & Processing: Prepare, review, and organize documents such as deeds, affidavits, and closing disclosures.
Title Search & Clearing: Research public records to verify ownership and identify/clear liens or defects.
Closing Coordination: Schedule closings, coordinate with parties involved, and ensure all documents are ready.
Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, answer phones, scan, file, and manage data entry.
Your hours will be eastern standart time 9-5 Monday thru Friday
